Frequencies

Good evening together,

I'm totally new in the world of radio scanning ( just recieved my uniden 3500 xlt), now I'm searching for up to date frequencies from military airfields, is there a website somewhere around? And how do I actually find the frequencies of tankers while they are refueling air to air?
