Yesterday the 21st around 16:30 i saw a NH-90 passing Purmerend heading for De Kooy.
Was this the N 227?

I don't know, but at least N 164 was flying yesterday; I just saw a phototopic at EWAS of that one visiting Koksijde on that day.

I heard that one NH-90 partisipated at the parade over Brussels but that's not confirmd yet.

indeed, N164 arrived at Koksijde around 11h30lt and departed at 15h20lt for the parade over Brussels, and afterwards it returned back to De Kooy
