MiG-29 wreckage, pilot’s body parts found

Almost 10 months after an Indian Air Force MiG-29 plane went missing in the mountains of Lahual-Spiti in Himachal Pradesh, the IAF search team has found wreckage of the MiG-29,
beside some body parts, supposedly of the missing pilot.

Reports from Keylong said the IAF search team found a toe and backbone, believed to be of pilot squadron leader D S Tomar.
The recovered body parts and wreckage will be flown to Delhi, and Western Air Command has been requested to send a helicopter to the base camp Thirot, reports said.
