Req: is Heli-Aviation a new helicopter operator?

I've noticed on Lelystad recently a EC-120 with the PH-KGJ registration with stickers on it from Heli Aviation, is there again a new helicopter operator in The Netherlands? As far as I can find the PH-KGJ is still from Heli Holland, what's going on?

-edit: Heli-Aviation(.nl) seems to have its own website and seems to operate on their own. A Heli Holland subsidiary?

As far as I can see it's a new name for Heliflight (see "Wie zijn wij" on their website). The location and helicopter are the same as Heliflight used to have.

De PH-KGJ is nog gewoon van Heli Holland. Deze heli is echter in lease bij Heli-Aviation. Om deze reden vliegt de KGJ met een Heli-Aviation sticker over de bestaande Heli Holland logo's heen.
