According to Airforcetimes.com all aircraft scheduled to retire/relocate because of budgetcuts approved in 2010-2012, which have not been moved before September 30th, 11.59pm will stay at their respective air base. US Congress has to approve new moves and relocations, which is not expected before early next year.
