Noted at Ramstein 28dec2012 between 14.00 and 14.15 were:

C-17A 44138 AFRC dep
C-17A 23293 437
C-17A 00214 437
C-17A 88197 62
C-17A 88202 62
C-17A 66163 60
KC-10A 20191 60

No more visiting aircraft were present.
The "Bismarck" tower is closed, I don't know why. But it is the first time I noticed the door was closed with a large lock.

The "Bismarck" tower is closed, I don't know why. But it is the first time I noticed the door was closed with a large lock.
As far as I know the Bismarck is always closed during December & 1st week of January. Has something to do with X-mas and the large cross hanging from the side.
