Melbourne, Florida. C-40 help?

Seen on the 31st May inside the Northrop/Grumman hanger was a seemingly grey USAF C-40 (parked behind all white G550 N22)...what looked like "3290" was read off the nose wheel door but this seems wrong?

Can anybody help on this with an I/D and possibly a list of the stored UH-1's on the other side of the airport. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 8)
