F-4(F?) at Soesterberg 17 august

In my database I noted a F-4 Phantom at Soesterberg on August 17th, but I don't know the year and serial.

Anyone who has the year and serial?

Indeed hard to answer, as Phantoms were stationed at Soesterberg during a long period.
Or maybe it isn't that long ago.
Give an indication about how long ago.

Due to a mistake I made with the database I lost the last two of the year. It was in the late nineties and most probably a German F-4F.
