No doubt this visitor here today is the result of the fatal crash of TH-480 serial 5146 nearby.

The remaining five choppers of this formation ( including TH-480 serial 5246 almost certainly landed here after the loss of the sixth member of the formation, which was, of course TH-480 serial 5146.
