A Cessna 208 Caravan skydiving plane, registration unknown,
was destroyed when it impacted the waters of the Wadden Sea near Norderney island, Germany.

The sole pilot onboard was fatally injured.

At the point in the NDR clip where they explain skydivers jump out of the plane according to plan (...) the underside of the empannage is visible. Based on that, I would say it's D-FLEC of Skydive Binz: the word 'BINZ' is visible and the colours match FLEC. Edit: confirmation or so it seems, by ADSB Exchange.
Additionally, FR24 puts FLIC in Chrcynno (Poland) for the weekend and FLOC at home in Dahlemer Binz last Friday.
