As per global reservation systems:

- AC plans to restart YYZ-AMS 3x weekly with A333 on Dec 15th, 2021.
- IR is listed as operating 2x weekly A332 (Thu, Sun) in Summer 2021 and Winter 2021.

Yes the IR flights are listed but they dont operate at the moment..

It seems that they have completely stopped, you can no longer book direct flights with MEA

it is indeed very sad

Kuwait Airways can be booked with the passenger route KWI-AMS-KWI until October 30, after which Kuwait Airways will only keep the Cargo routes
so October 30 is the last Pax flight:
