Understandably, there is a lot of uncertainty about the epidemic. According to our plans, we will hold the next international aviation day in Kecskemét on the 28-29th of august, which will also be a demonstration of military technology, so in addition to the Air Force, others will also be represented. I can’t tell too many specifics things yet, but some countries have certainly given feedback. Based on these, the United States is also expected to arrive with aircraft that the public has never seen in Hungary before. With their Su-35 aircraft, the Russian Knights (Russkkiye Vityazi) will almost certainly give a demonstration, but of course we also invited other demo teams. The organization is in full swing, which is not a small job, because the Hungarian Armed Forces will not only be an organizer, but also an executor. All of this has a whole new challenge to many, but we stand before it.
Good to know, I really hope I'll be able to attend it this year! I mean, COVID should be on its way out by then with vaccinations, and I've been working a lot during the pandemic without travelling anywhere, so I have some disposable income on hand. I mean, I haven't translated tons of documents and read and written about things like the new golden visa in Spain https://tranio.com/articles/golden-visa-in-spain/ to stay home all year long again!
Thank you Bazsi. From what I could understand it doesn't look like the Russian Knights are coming. Besides the Romanian Mig 21 I a bit shocked to not see any other MIG's from any eastern block countries attending. Not even Ukraine. Do you think this is due to COVID and or world current events??

Polish MiG demo's wont happen this year, cause they were canceld.
Ukraine as I reemmber hardly sent any MiG jets to airshows.
Croatia never sent any of their jets in the past years.
Same to Slovakia. Maybe to Ostrava sometimes.

Saudi Hawks support C130H 1631 departed back home an hour ago.
For tomorrow flightplan Romania shows ROF20* a Mig21 departing LRCK/ Constanta for LHKE at 07.50z. Serial given 680*.
It also shows an unknown type with callsign ROF20* departing LRCK for LRTR/ Timisoara, and then departing from Timisoara to LHKE at 10.30z. Guess this is a helicopter, since it needs 3.5hours from LRCK to LRTR.
