On October 14th, 2021 AZ will operate its last commercial flight, before the company shuts down due to bankruptcy.

From October 15th, 2021 the new airline ITA will operate as the Italian airline between Italy and AMS, the new carrier will increase frequency to AMS to 2x daily from both LIN and FCO.
The new carrier has been given permission to use the name Alitalia for the next few weeks, and it is very likely this will remain so forever.

China Southern has to suspend Amsterdam-Guangzhou yet again for two weeks.

The CAAC has AMS-CAN suspended for two weeks from 11-Oct-2021, after five passengers on flight CZ308 tested positive for coronavirus on 25-Sep-2021.
