Blue Flag '21

The biennial Blue Flag exercise is scheduled to take place at Ovda AFB from approx. 10th - 22nd October with a media day on Wednesday 20th.
Seven nations are listed as participating, there may though, as in the past, be another who may or may not be present depending on where the report is published. Confirmed so far are the RAF, HAF, USAF (probably USAFE), Lw, France, Israel (3-4 units plus) and India (I am told they will not be Russian built aircraft).
Ovda is no longer a civil airfield so there is no access to the old airport car park. Taking photos into the sky is permitted by Israeli law.
Individuals wishing to attend the media day may be asked to present suitable accreditation. Obviously at this stage I cannot tell what the Israeli entry rules will be next month, anyone planning to attend should check locally.
