VX-9 F/A-18F crash in Death Valley NP

Today, October 5, 2021, a F/A-18F assigned to VX-9 crashed in Death Valley National Park. The pilot ejected safely and was treated for minor injuries.

Any recent sightings of 166925/XE-230 and/or 166927/XE-231?
One of these seems to be a likely candidate for this mishap.

Mel, 166927 is the one that went down. Date was 04oct21.
