It means all the aircrafts and the personnel will move "before" 29 Oct. and the movement will finish on 29 Oct..
Hamamatsu rescue unit did rescue training using T-400(51-5056) which is wearing new tail marking (yellow and black checker) on 11 Oct., 2021.
