So far, I've only read about Spangdahlem F-16's being deployed to Romania. When did Aviano go?

Spang deployed 8 vipers to Romania, 8 AVs were planned as well, but no clue if they went.

Also roumours that AV will head to UK soon.

to cancellations of airshows, spotter base visits, and I suppose exercises as well...

They talked about old/stored examples of MiG-29 and Su-25’s. Not only from Poland, but also from Slovakia, Bulgaria and maybe more countries. So not the ones still flying for the Polish Air Force.

News is scrappy, but looking at the numbers they talk about operational and maybe some stored examples.
I think there are some logistic problems as these are aircraft that are updated a few times and are of (complete) different specifications.
As this is an EU thought up thing it looks more political than military engineered.

Probably these last few messages (including this one) should be in other forum.

About FF the chance this will be take place looks very small to me.
