Nieuw-Zeeland stuurt deze week een C-130 Hercules-transportvliegtuig inclusief vijftig man aan ondersteunend personeel naar Europa om zo Oekraïne te steunen bij de oorlog tegen Rusland.
Premier Ardern zegt in een persbericht dat de steun nodig is, zodat Oekraïne zich kan verdedigen tegen de "brute Russische invasie". Verder is vrede in Europa volgens haar essentieel voor de stabiliteit in de wereld.
