The 4th day of my 12-day-trip, after 2 days of travelling, was very nice. I was very pleased
to catch 3 RC-135’s, a WC-135, and a lot of non-based tankers. The SJ F-15E flew overhead to
land at EGUL (number was clearly visible on photo). Also a Marham F-35 was on approach, but
no number. Personal did maintenance on both CV-22’s 59 and 60 that were standing on the plat-
form. The 09-6208 was standing on the north side of the airfield between the KC-135’s. KC-135 62-3551 was wearing a full color roundel, beside the tailcode it was wearing a B on his tail and EP on the fuselage. * = on platform. More Aircraft did fly, but I went away to Lakenheath.
There was also flying activity in the evening. The Ospreys had a great sound and love to see the green lights from the rotorblades when they were flying in the dark. One KC-135 i could
not read. WGA (Western Global Airlines).

The flying activity at Lakenheath was very low. Reason: Almost all AV F-16’s left last week,
many F-15E’s were on deployment to Poland and most of the F-15C were already back to CONUS.
All 3 F-15C’s didn’t had a tail code. The 172 was wearing a special black tail, with F-15-A-
B-C-D 45 years in Europe and on the other side the squadron badge from grim reapers. It also
had a nose art and a colorful brake. The 0230 was the same and only SJ F-15 that also flew in the morning. I heard that many SJ F-15’s were here, what I want to check next day.
Best regards, Tim
