Active A400M of LTG 62 on 03.05. were:

54+06, 54+12, 54+14, 54+15, 54+25, 54+31, 54+32, 54+33, 54+36 and 54+37.

Making two approaches in the evening was Eurofighter GT 30+35 of TLwG 73.

Arriving on 5.5. was 071/64-IE CN235M of ET 01.062.

Noted on 04.05. were the following active A400M of LTG 62:

54+05, 54+06, 54+14, 54+15 (now with refueling pods), 54+27 and 54+36.

Noted on 06.05. as active were:

54+12, 54+14, 54+15, 54+21, 54+23, 54+25 and 54+38.

54+09 was still propless and was again seen on the ramp.

Noted landing for a short stop on 10.05. was AAE A400M 0110/F-RBAR of ET.04.061 it it’s special colour scheme!

Also visiting was H145M 77+08 of THRgt 30.

Landing for a nightstop on 17.05. was Eurofighter GS 30+98 of TLwG 71.

Noted on the ramp on 17 May at about 07:00hr were the following A400s:
54+05, 07, 08, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 27, 31, 32, 34, 36 & 37 +1
And a single C-160 at the back of the line.

Visible in a hangar was 54+24

After landing at Gilze-Rijen Chinook HC.6A ZA680 of No.27.Sqn. refueled again at Wunstorf en route to the ILA at Berlin-Schönefeld.

The Chinook Display Team from RAF Odiham will perform there every day.

For the first time since introducing the A400M LTG 62 has a serviceability rate better than many fighter wings. Of their 37 A400M 24 different were airborne in the first 22 days of June 2022:

54+05, 54+07, 54+08, 54+11 to 54+16, 54+20 to 54+27, 54+30 to 54+33 and 54+36 to 54+38.

The first landing of a German AF C-130J on a German AF base and especially Wunstorf happened at 9.07h on 4.7. with 55+01 of the Deutsch-Französische Lufttransportstaffel Rhin/Rhein arrived from Evreux.

Tornado IDS 46+18 of TLwG 33 arrived from Nörvenich on 7.7. for a lunch stop.
