Unveiled om 18.01. was special coloured Eurofighter GS 98+07 of WTD 61. It is celebrating 60 years of Airbus Industries at the airfield and shows an light blue and white colour.

This is making a visit at the "Tag der Bundeswehr" in June 2022 quite more interesting.

The two spanish "Tifon" were the reason why I was here instead of Donauwoerth and the reason why they were in Germany for a couple of days were some tests and trials with Airbus/WTD61.

Today the WTD 61 performed the last official flight of the Bell UH-1D in German military service with 73+54 and MAT 98+98.

They will fly on 20.07. from Manching to Roth. 98+98 will return with the crew.

Komen hier haute: zwei Typhoon fur der Qatari Luftwaffe von Warton.

WTN02A QA401 und (WTN02B) QA409.

Coming here today are the two Typhoons listed above on delivery to the QEAF. Both at 11:20Z close to entering German airspace at FL450.
