Like I mentioned before, Spangdahlem was never mentioned at all. As with the A-10s from MD ANG before, there's a staging base in Europe from where they deploy to a (or multiple) location(s) further east. This could be Ramstein, Spangdahlem or (in case of the Raptors) Lakenheath.

The fact that Spangdahlem is not specifically mentioned, does not mean that it is not an option.
Besides it is not the first time Raptors are being deployed to Spangdahlem, so this option is still open...
