Today KLM continues to experience issues with KL743 AMS-LIM, following the A320N runway accident at LIM airport.

- 18 November - KL743 AMS-LIM PH-BVV diverted while flying over Colombia to PTY, followed by a positioning flight to SJO.
- 19 November - KL743 AMS-LIM PH-BVI cancelled
- 20 November - KL743 AMS-LIM PH-BVO diverted to SJO, and operating in parallel with KL719 PH-BHE AMS-SJO. PH-BVV remains in SJO.
- 20 november - Possibly 3x KL aircraft simultaneously at SJO: PH-BVV, PH-BVO, PH-BHE.

PH-BVO is not diverting to SJO, it is going to LIM.
