for the tl:Dr types-- no smart phones or watches, 50mm max lens length, tripod heights had to be exactly 6 feet-- no more, no less.

I was contemplating going out to Palmdale for taxi testing and hopefully 1st flight, but if they were this security conscious for the roll out, I'm guessing everything from here on out will be at night.

Yeah, they obviously learned from the B-2 roll-out, where Aviation Week lived up to its reputation ('Aviation Leak') and shot photos of the bomber in full glory from above... because they hadn't closed the airspace to private traffic.
