Fly-inn has also been cancelled due to the expected weather.
The fly in includes small aircraft and props only pretty much, hence that I do think a B777 would be able to still land even if the weather is bad
With regard to wind, yes. But since the field is still VFR only, cloudbase and especially (the predicted) rainfall are very important factors. Also, I wouldn't quite enjoy attending a fly-in in the rain

There's no PPR filed for this aircraft's arrival on Saturday 1st of April. Guess she has to stay another night in Oman.
