Seems like it. Outbound LIS-OPO cancelled and 17403 is now scheduled to go to Lajes at 10h (LIS time). Inbound from AMS is still in the Lisbon airport arrivals, which of course might mean it is going to be a LIS-TER-AMS-LIS routing...
