All fighterjets usually fly from Evreux, except the Navy Rafales, which fly from their home base.
So I would put my money on Evreux.

I was thinking the same thing indeed. Let's wait and see whether they actually show up, and if so when they do!

A few of us will be going to Paris for the defilé, but we have never been to Evreux before in the period around 14 Juillet. Suppose we go the 13th, could we expect flying activity, maybe some repetition, or is it just a matter of arriving aircraft for the defilé that day? Obviously our main aim would be the Indians, assuming they will indeed go to Evreux, but we are also interested in the new Beech's and the German Hercs, apart from the French participants for the defilé of course.

Only expect arrivals for the actual flypast. The rehearsals are done earlier. Been to Évreux several times but never saw any local flights by the flypast participants.

Local flights by the based aircraft are taking place but it is a sleepy place as you might expect. With the Indians present this might be different this year though.

Site looks not completely updated.
Number of aircraft and helicopters is figure from last year when a drone (MQ-9) did participate.
This year should 70 aircraft and 20 helicopters mentioned on news sites.
(Which I can't find now after reading them yesterday )

Let's hope not! I can't find any mentioning of Rafales (or Jaguars for that matter) on the site you quote. However the article via the linkby Canberra TT.18 just above my post indeed talks about Rafales from India. Let's hope they will stick to the original plan....

Hi Patrick.

I have added some links in different posts (sorry bit messy)
2 from new sites one mentioning Indian Jaguars the other Rafales.
The later was published after the press conference yesterday.. which makes me think it will be Rafales.

The other link is the official site of the Governor Militair Paris (GMP) which normally publish the graphics of the entire defile with times and units. This site is not completely up to date, but might be in the next couple of days.
