Yes correct. This C-17 is related to the F-16's from the 175th FS SD ANG Sioux Falls

Inbound for this afternoon/ evening, RCH224 C-17A 00-0183 NC ANG which should be support for the MI A-10's.
Edit: made a 180turn after takeoff Portsmouth, looks like a technical problem.

First F-16s are due here tomorrow. GUESS is these will be the CO ones that arrived thursday at KPMS. However, only 7 arrived, so either 1 went tech, or from these 1 is spare and 6 will come over.....

Yes, visible, but from both sides quite far.
