One of those "Is it mil? Is it not?" kind of aircraft. It is owned by Centreline Av Ltd and is all white without titles and markings. For me this is just at the wrong side of the line. But I am sure for others it isn't

I still wouldn't call it Mil, they are only leased. Government maybe at best.

So the RAF has Dassault Falcon flight crews these days?

Clearly military as the aircraft is operating for the RAF. Not government like PH-GOV which is not operated by Klu.
