The Bundeswehr launched a (German) video about air defender.
Some very interesting footage in there, as well as a far more extensive participants list.

Did Aiir Defender execute a mission yesterday late afternoon from Hohn and Jagel?

I saw a lot of tankers ( KC46 from GKE, KC135 from Prestwick, KC135 from RS) as well as 2 AWACS going airborne around 3-4 pm.

Thanks

Well, everything has it’s end, and the most interesting weeks of the last 20-25 or so years at Jagel and especially at Hohn will have an end shortly.

The first fighters of the longtime participants will leave us tomorrow, all 12 F-18. Some support aircraft are also planned for this day. The for 22.06. planned C-26D (Hohn) already came in on 21.06.

On the next few days the ANG will leave both bases.

Today (21.06.) the first C-17A of the return-party, 01-0189 of 155thAS, Tennessee ANG, visited Wunstorf. A second C-17A was 00-0182 of 167th AS, West Virginia ANG which made a first visit of type at Celle airfield!

Many more C-17A will follow in the next days and on the weekend. Also some Hercules flying will make the next days quite interesting again.

Today the Luftwaffe already announced the exercise as a great success.

FR24 gives a Turkish C-130 for tomorrow 22 June at Hohn, ETA 15.21LT from Luxembourg and originating from Kayseri before that. Both legs as TuAF206.
