Plan of the ground exhibits around Les Invalides (including an Alphajet, a Patroller drone & 12 helicopters (that I presume will land in the afternoon):
Fourth one over Saudia Arabia CB-8008 c/s IFC0283. Others one is CB-8006 IFC0273.
Yesterdays CB-8009 c/s IFC0253 and CB-8004 c/s IFC0263 are re-locating from Evreux to Avord today. no idea if they will stay there for the whole period.

CB8008 now above Italy. Probably a stopover somewhere.
Any ETA for the Rafales?
Evreux is closed on Tuesday afternoon except for a/c training for Bastille days
For exercise Orion'23 the Indian Rafales did a stop over in Egypt and arrived 1 day after their departure at Mont de Marsan (on a saturday). I expect the same will happen this time and Rafales arriving tomorrow.
Also, I found notams for Evreux confirming taxiway Alpha is unusable from Jul-10th due the aircraft for the July-14th parade, so possibly aircraft will start arriving from monday. Rehearsing tuesday. https://metar-taf.com/nl/notams/LFOE
On 14th July each service runs a PR event, the Armée de 'Air et de l'Espace one is in the parc André Citroën and they advertise the presence of a Fennec and a Puma, (which is a step up from last year when they displayed Janus C J38!). Poster here:

If the aircraft on Evreux parked on taxiway Alpha, can they be reasonably seen/spot from Outside the base ??

Yes, from the south you have an elevated view from the bridge and from the northeast (along the fence west of Gauciel) one can possibly see the ones parked close by.
