@Hammarö, and others interested: we the moderators/admins have to draw some lines. They will not be perfect but we try to be as reasonable as possible. In this specific case, the crash of the corporate jet carrying Prigozhin is not part of Allied Resolve nor the war on Ukraine itself. It is, for all we know, the aftermath of a rebellion of the head of a mercenary army that has been deployed in that war - a domestic matter if you will. I even left your info about the nearby bases where you posted them, although at this point it is still speculation that the jet has been shot down (as opposed to having a bomb aboard, for instance).

Since the crash of a civvy registered ERJ135 in corporate livery not used by a government or the likes definitely IS civil aviation news under Scramble standards, that subforum will be the place for news - facts - about its downing. Then follow the obvious speculations, in this case mixed with irony and some challenging, and so we land in the Tattle Lounge. I will not be splitting hairs as to which (part of which) post would belong under the news and which over here. That plus in order to keep it readable, I moved the whole lot. If some obvious facts surface, please post them in the news forum thread.

If anyone is offended by this I truly regret that, but this is the way we manage this forum and I dare say we - all of us, users and crew alike! - do pretty well here at Scramble.
