Hi all, two short logs from spotting at Whidbey. From several short visits during the day. Luckily the trees and bushes have been cleared along the W Sullivan Road giving a great view of the runway and the aprons albite the view on the runway is most of the day backlit. When the planes are over the piano keys or any white markers the reflection of the sun does brighten up the planes though.
Above Growlers and P-3's where all active and confirmed from photo. P-8's where easier to read.
In the early morning and late afternoon you will have the sun on the runway. Also the early morning will give you the time to read of much more Growlers and Orions on the aprons with a good monocular. Three RAAF Growlers are parked in the second row from the right, apparently here for upgrades.
If you are going, have fun, the island is really beautiful. RWY 25 approach will lead straight over " The Farm Stand ", nice refreshments available and still a good view on the approaching aircraft.

Amended the AB500. I'm pretty sure about the 166900/NJ514.
The AG501 looks like the 168263 to me, but Scramble gives 168253 and can't be 100% sure with these pictures. Same for the NG504. Looks like 168386 but can't definitely rule out that it isn't the 168380.

Noted at the NAS Whidbey Island air patch were the following (Sep 20, 2023). The Canadian CP-140 was a nice bonus.
Everything in (brackets) was not read and pulled from the Scramble database where possible.
That's a nice day out! Thanks for posting.
