PODGORICA - Anyone who wants to buy a Fokker 100 with a nice discount can now go to Montenegro.

Four Fokkers from Montenegro Airlines, which went bankrupt in 2020,
are offered there with a starting price from 85,000 euros.
Bids are accepted until November 8 , 2023.

The Fokkers were also for sale at the beginning of this year, but they were not sold at that time.

That is why the starting prices have now been halved.

However, there are additional transport costs from Podgorica,
because the Fokkers are no longer airworthy -
after many years of standstill.

The administrator of Montenegro Airlines sold this F100 to Airline Fleet Support B.V. in The Netherlands. The aircraft is no longer certified to fly, so will most probably used for parts.

Also Hashtag, a Serbian company, bought a non-flyable F100 from the Montenegro Airlines liquidators, obviously for spares. In addition, Hashtag bought four F100 engines.

Two of four Fokker 100 aircraft previously operated by the now-bankrupt former national carrier of Montenegro, Montenegro Airlines,
have been sold by the company’s liquidators.

The 35-year-old jet, register 4O-AOL, was acquired by the Dutch jet engine trader and lessor Airline Fleet Support for 85.000 euros,
while the 32-year-old aircraft, registered 4O-AOP, was purchased by the Serbian company Hashtag for 145.000 euros.

The latter also acquired four engines for the F100 for 705.000 euros.

The remaining two aircraft of the same type in Montenegro Airlines’ fleet did not receive any bids.
