[D-HBTA] BK.117D3 Border Police Georgia. The first of four on order for Georgia is ready for testing. Had no GBP-.... serial so far, but nice black/white/yellow/green colours plus big georgian flag on tail (same as for their Mi-8s). C/n is 21259
According to a press release in December 2022, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs signed a deal with Airbus helicopters for three H145 twin-engine light utility helicopters for use with the Georgian Border Police (GBP).
Was the order adjusted from three to four?
I checked the press release: You are right, the order is for three units, to be traded in for Super Pumas. There was no change, I had four in mind which was wrong.

From the style of the camouflage it must be D-HBKD/14506, but internet reports indicate that it was delivered to Batajnica last week. So it is most likely that it is already the next D-HB.. in exactly the same camouflage like 14506.

[D-HBKW] / 19-55 BK.117D3m Cyprus National Guard. was sitting inside delivery hangar in full markings now with serial, roundel and flag applied. C/n 21249. Strange to see that Cyprus is now using four-digit serials (not 3 as before) and the serial was divided: The 19 was on one side of the roundel and 55 on the other. Behind this was another Cyprus NG H145M. I was not able to identify it but a friend saw yesterday D-HBKZ flying with serial 19-56, so almost sure it is this one.
[D-HBTB] BK.117D3 primer (c/n 21265), towed outside
[D-HCBE] EC.135.3H all red colours. Was prepared for acceptance flight and handover. Compared to last sighting it has now received an EU flag and a rescue winch was mounted. The c/n is confirmed 2248
[D-HCBN] EC.135P3H primer (c/n 2256), production flight. Was reported to be for spanish military service.
[(D)-HMBB] BK.117D3m dark grey ?, deep inside the hangar and very hard to see, but I think it is another one for Cyprus National Guard.
VH-8Z3 EC.135.3H Auriga/Mackay Helicopters. Was towed to the storage hangar, obviously in preparation for shipment to Australia. Already had the rotors removed. The boom was open and c/n 2253 easily readble. The german testreg "D-HECC" was already removed.
The first Georgia Border Police D-HBTA (21259) has officially been handed over last week and was noted in full markings plus serial "GBP-10023". It moved now to Ingolstadt-Manching where it is used to train future crews.

[D-HBKO] / I-TRST BK.117D3 Elifriulia, outside on the ramp. The future registration is now applied. (c/n 21228)
Hi, is it 100% certain that c/n 21228 is I-TRST?
c/n 21228 is also connected/related with Abu Dhabi "Abu Dhabi 2/2" somewhere in 2023.
yes I also heard that 21228 originally was planned for UAE (by the way, also 21227). I cannot confirm it 100% but I am almost sure that 21228 is correct for the yellow D-HBKO (and 21227 for D-HBKB), both for Elifriulia.
I think for the final confirmation we have to wait until they appear on the Italian register.
