The H-60s are likely to be Alaskan NG UH-60Ls, two were reported there last week.
They have a few extra bumps on the nose compared to standard UH-60Ls.

Have you looked at the airfield guide?
However, Spot 1 will get you a visit from NCIS who will take your details and tell you to go to the the Fairgrounds (Spot 2). Spots 7, 8, and 9 are on DoD land so will also get you a visit by NCIS, with potentially a less favourable outcome.

nb regarding Spot 2: on the day we were parked there they started locking the gates to the car park at 15:30 without being bothered about anyone stlll inside!
