EGVG is/was the ICAO location indiactor for the former RAF Woodbridge, which is still used by the Army for exercises.
On a similar note, the former RAF Sculthorpe (EGUP) is still used by the 352nd SOW for similar work, and last month saw a French AF C-130H operating from there whilst detached to RAF Mildenhall.
