Official confirmation dated 25 july that Greece is acquiring 20 F-35’s to be delivered from 2028, with the possibility of (a) follow-on order(s) of another 20.
Could be. In some instances they have to repeat certain aspects of the first flight if they RTB with an IFE or have other issues. However this day the first flight profile was flown hence the post above.
First Flight for an aircraft is when it goes in flight for first time NOT if it complete the first flight profile.
Exception that proves the rule ... The unintentional F-16 first flight classified as FLIGHT ZERO
F-35A AF-426 22-5726/AL 100 FS delivery, Aug 9, 2024.
F-35A AF-439 22-5955/WI 176FS noted as well.
And not noted by myself but word on the street is the 301 FW, 457 FS received two loaner aircraft to start operations with Aug 8, 2024. AF-378, 20-5618 and AF-415, 22-5715 both noted as HL. AF-415 might be correct but I have AF-378 as a LN bird.

Is it possible that both Lot 15 and Lot 16 are FY22.
I see a large gap between 22-5729 (AF-429) and 22-5947 (AF-431)

Follow the contract and remember the FY15 contract and the missing FY16 serials
Now:
PLANNED
contract for Lot 15 & Lot 16 with Lot 17 as option in FY21
Lot 15 & Lot 16 with FY21 (FY22 missing)
Lot 17 with FY23
BUT, due to some DELAY, the agreement arrived in FY22 and NOT in FY21

More than 10 months beyond the originally expected goal, the F-35 Joint Program Office and Lockheed Martin have reached a “handshake deal” on Lots 15-17 of the fighter, which collectively will amount to only 375 aircraft.
So:
Lot 15 & Lot 16 with FY22 (FY21 missing)
Lot 17 will have FY23 ( May 2, 2023 Lockheed Awarded $7.8B Contract Option for Lot 17 F-35 Production, Delivery Services
