The morning wave took off from 9.42-10.07h and comprised of the following F-16AM/BM of Fighter Wing:

E-016, E-074, E-604 (Have Glass V), ET-197 (Have Glass V).

Only one F-35A flew with L-007.

Also flying was Norwegian F-16BM 692 (Tiger marks) and Belgian F-16BM FB-20.

Last week visiting Finnish AF CN295 CC-2 obviously marked the start of another Ilmavoimat detachment and one unidentified F/A-18C flew one mission.

At 11.10h an Alpha Sramble was performed by AVB „Moon Beam“ F-16AM E-011 (Have Glass V) and E-004. They came back after 2.15h flighttime. A third unidentified F—16 left the base minutes before, but didn’t come back.

The afternoon wave took off from 12.45-13.25h and comprised off:

E-016, E-074, ET-197 (Have Glass V) plus Norwegian AF F-16AM 678 and F-16BM 689 flew also and again F-35A L-007.

The Finish detachment took off with F/A-18C HN-404 and HN-412. Both are obviously from HävLlv 11 (after scramble database).

19 fighter missions by three types and four nations made a nice day.

Stn. Flt. T-17 T-426 in Baby Blue marks performed some overshoots and touch and go‘s.
Also noted Norwegian C130J 5699 around 17.00 o'clock Lt.

According to Air Forces Monthly E-603 and E-607 are the two additional F-16 which went to UKR (beside E-596 and E-599).

Noted at Fighter Wing on 3.10. were the following F-16AM/BM taking off from 09.50-10.20h:

E-107, E-601, E-609 (Have Glass V) and ET-197 (Have Glass V).

The only Esk 727 F-35A flying was L-009.

Departing clean to Hovedværksteder in the morning was an unfortunately unidentified (due to low sun and dust) F-16AM.
Obviously the same pilot arrived back from Aalborg after 13.00h with an F-16BM, most presumably ET-208 (no quick evidence as an analog photographer) in clean configuration. It wore the old camo, but the serial on the fin! So perhaps it will get the Have Glass V camo soon. The F-16 arrived flying very low with full afterburner over Esk 727s dispersal and landed.

Belgian AF F-16BM FB20 and FB21 flew in the morning.

In the afternoon (takeoff from 12.55-13.15h) only E-601 and E-609 flew plus F-35A L-009 again.

A quite rare training appearance here was CL.604 C-172 of Esk 721 which did an overflight, landing and taking off and touch and go in a 20 minutes period.

Obviously the article about the F-16AM deliveries to the Ukraine in last months Air Forces Monthly issue comprised some kind of fake news. Of the mentioned additionally handed over Danish AF F-16AM E-603 and E-607 at least the former wasn’t given to UKR as it was noted on 15.10. flying in full Danish markings at Skrydstrup!

A nice day with some interesting visitors was 15.10. and the following were noted:

Two of the Czech AF/211.tl JAS39C based for Steadfast Noon were flying and these comprised 9238 and 9241.

Greek F-16C 003, 011 and 017 of 335.Mira did some touch and go‘s and overshoots as Tornado IDS 45+16 and 45+77 of TLwG 51. Obviously after the cancelled Steadfast Noon mission of the day the already airborne fighters took time to fly some patterns before returning to Jagel.

Visiting were 15.Wing, 20.Smd A400M CT-08 and RCAF/436.Sqn. CC-130J 133604.

Of the based contingent Norwegian AF F-16BM 692 in Tiger markings also flew as Esk 727 F-35A L-009 and some F-16AM.

Some news of the slowly dwindling down Danish F-16 fleet:

All of the few remaining Block-10 F-16 should handed over to the Ukraine, but no one will get the Have Glass V camouflage as originally planned. At the moment eleven Have Glass V are painted and they will stay in Denmark until leaving for Argentina. Some already painted F-16 are probably in preparation for Argentina at the Hovedværksteder.

After the end of the Air Show season special painted „50 years F-16“ E-006 will enter normal daily flying activities and perhaps also fly with AVB. This will last until Apil/May. Hopefully it could attend more shows in 2025 then this year and this with a slightly better serviceability rate.

In 2023 38 different F-16 of the then 43 aircraft strong F-16 fleet were seen in flying activities. In the first ten months of 2024 only 30 different F-16 were seen flying at/from Skrydstrup. Several should therefore obviously be in preparation at Aalborg for a handing over.

The usual Late/Night flying activities will be from week 44 to 47.

Another F-16 in the old camo with the serial on fin is F-16AM Block-10 E-190, which was noted flying on 14.11. It also lost the NATO compass rose which was formerly worn on the fin. Presumably it will go to Argentina.
