Hi TopGun,
I will be in the area next month and would like to try my luck at Pease while there. In this case my main goal is numbers. Based on google Earth I guess the western side, near the VOR (McIntyre Road) seems a good place to get some serials. Any other advice?

Sorry Patrick, have you already come to Pease? McIntrye Road now has No Parking signs put up, the small town cops put those up a few months ago which totally sucks. You could park further down the road and walk up to this area though. Beside the ANG, most of the military that comes through here parks on the GA ramp because its easier for them to get on and off the ramp.

The golf course parking lot is the place I take most of my shots if landing RW34 or the other side where there's a parking spot. You can park at the terminal as well and walk up to the fence.

Sorry Patrick, have you already come to Pease? McIntrye Road now has No Parking signs put up, the small town cops put those up a few months ago which totally sucks. You could park further down the road and walk up to this area though. Beside the ANG, most of the military that comes through here parks on the GA ramp because its easier for them to get on and off the ramp.

The golf course parking lot is the place I take most of my shots if landing RW34 or the other side where there's a parking spot. You can park at the terminal as well and walk up to the fence.

No problem, thanks anyway! We did find a spot to park and got most of the stuff present, no time to do some photography though unfortunately. I will post my log in the US section, but if you happen to know which two FT A-10s were present on October 10th, I would love to hear it!

We arrived here just before dark, but still managed to read off all the active aircraft apart from two A-10s coded FT. A long shot, but anybody for those?

Getting the preserved KC-135 at the gate on the other side of the airfield proved to be much more difficult, as it was completely dark by now, but we succeeded in the end. The unmarked KC-46 is said to be from 77 ARS, but has been flying from Pease as well recently according to ADSB. It was active with callsigns FLAM12 and VINYL81, does that identify the unit or are these typical general KC-46 callsigns (as they seem to be)?

Last week I got 10 out of twelve based aircraft, and I had seen the 11th one (46020) had arrived back since. Indeed it was parked on the ramp today, nice. The two KC-135s were a bonus, having arrived yesterday evening. A few hours later, while doing the sightseeing in Portsmouth, KC-135 (62-3502) was seen arriving here.
