That's Labour Day. A public holiday in Germany and the US, so no idea if this means less activity, but be warned...

Was there 4 years ago (time flies) on Labour day.. during the day aircraft were only allowed to come in between 12.00 and 18.00 (due to quiet hours).

At 12.00 o'clock sharp 4 C-141's came in.. nicely lined after eachother in front of rwy 27 :)

Be warned indeed.. there will be very little activity.

Be aware: quiet hours end at 13:00 local.
This doesn't mean that nothing can come in before 13:00, all to often some special transport arrives and even departs before quiet hours end.

Hope this is of any help,
Perry.

Last 7 remained on ramp, the 4 Air Guard Hercs are not read by myself. The March C-17 could be the 55141 but I am not sure (heatwaves, in April!). Can someone confirm/deny the Stratotanker is the same Alabama ANG one as last week? And I do not know the unit of the Gulfstream for sure. Is it 76AS as well? It taxied back to their area. The Dover C-5B returned to base shortly after take-off.

The C-20E is officially a US Army plane, belonging to OSACOM/PAT. Apparently it is temp. based at Ramstein, or it just frequently uses the base.

OK Oscar, clear. Seems like KC-135R 63-7984 has either been on the tarmac for at least half a week or it returned during the weekend. Thanks again for the info!
