Anyone for the serial? Thanks in advance.

(notes: as Geilenkirchen had become kind of a ‘homebase’ for me after closure of RAF Wildenrath and Brüggen due its historical, geographic and emotional relation to the other ‘Clutch’ bases, both the arrival and departure day of the largest aviation event held at the NATO airbase so far were a MUST for me. Indeed, while the quantity of participating aircraft was lower compared to the regular yearly Open Days in Belgium und Netherlands, the quality could hardly have been any better. Also, the weather was acceptable or even good on both days, allowing for enjoying every moment of each and every single movement.
My personal highlights on the Friday were all the tactical two-ships performing tactical breaks or even low-approaches before landing, including Greek A-7s, Portuguese Alpha Jets and Norwegian F-16s while the B-52 was a category on its own.
The Monday was even better with virtually all interesting participating aircraft departing in a steady stream within just three hours. Highlights among these were of course the Turkish F-4s and A-10s which had arrived one day early, plus the two Hungarian Gripens and – once again – the Corsairs. A lot of further single-ships were of interest too, for example the Polish Su-22 or the Swedish S100. Monday afternoon also saw the return of five based aircraft from Cologe, completing this unforgettable aviation event!)
