Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Hi everybody,

As I didn't have time to visit De Kooy in the previous days, I set my mind to see the Polish SH-2G during its departure. To my surprise I was the only one there..... So at last, after 8011 days, I managed to shoot my second Sea Sprite. And now I know for sure: The SH-2 Sea Sprite is the most beautiful helicopter in the world to me !

Here is one of the shots I took today.

Cheers,
Iwan

PH-NZD is that a SeaKing??
Nope, but:

The Sikorsky is S-61N a civil variant of H-3 Sea King helicopter. So yes it basically is but just a civil one

Iwan, nice subject, but I have seen better shots from you  Doesn't look quite sharp (if I have to choose between rotor blur or a sharp fuselage I prefer last) and I see some dust speckels

It's not an Extra 300, it's a Pitts S-2S Special.
Kind regards

Oh yes, I remember the commentator said it was Pitts.
