Den Haag L-29

Post by ehbg »

To my surprise I saw an unknown white L29 Delfin in the city centre of Den Haag (between the Hema and C&A). An artist was disassembling the poor Delfin and making it ready for loading on to a small truck. Apparently it had been lifted by a crane. This left it hanging over the city this weekend.
The artist could not give me any registration number. He told me he got the Delfin from a dumpstore in Leiden and painted it white. As far as I know the only dumpstore with a L29 is situated in Zoeterwoude Rijndijk near Leiden. So it could be the 9903 ex Czech (thx. EMOOS 07!!)
The artist also told me would store the aircraft temporarily somewhere in Scheveningen. Next year he wants to use it in a display in Amsterdam.

Any recent sightings of this Delphin? Any one who knows where it is?
