Spain: Exercise dapex 07

There should be an exersize in spain this november, called dapex 07. Does anybody know where it is held and what to expect?

DAPEX-07 is an exercise that covers the whole Spanish air
space in both its Iberian Peninsula scenario (including the
Balearic Islands) and the Canary Islands scenario. Being
such an Air Defense exercise, no specific reservations of
portions of air space are required, save for those allocated
to carry out air to air refuelling (AAR) manoeuvres for aircraft
belonging to the blue team and, along limited periods
of AAR time, the OPFOR (AV8) team. Furthermore, additional
reservations may be granted to Air Force aircraft and
helicopters to tackle their CSAR and NEO missions with
sufficient guarantees.

the exercise should cover whole Spain, with the east and center of Spain as main area.
