LFQQ - ghost flight

Good afternoon.

I was looking on the Lille airport website (http://www.lille.aeroport.fr/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) the schedule for arrival and departure to see if there will be good planes to spot this afternoon, and I found 3x non usual flights (nor commercial or charter flight, nor tour operator flight):
Arrival:
- 16h35 from Innsbruk, flight WLC651 (I suppose welcome air flight, with Dornier 328 aircraft?)
Departure:
- 18h00 to Valladolid, flight LGA02. I can't find any information about compagny or aircraft.
- 18h30 to Berne, flight SRK376 (Skywork?)

Could somebody help me, please?

Is it possible to know the aim of this flight? commercial, charter, tour operator, assistance, sport team trip, worker trip, biz trip?

Isn't it a website that could answer to this kind of question?

I'm a plane addict, and even if it is not an existantial question, I need to know this kind of things...

Or somebody know a good psychologist??
