Who is operating the outbound flight TZH 2012 to Las Vegas at 19.00 which is showed on the airport monitor ?

Whoever it is, they're doing it without a flightplan!! :wink:
I suspect that it's some sort of test that the airport authorities are running.

My guess is that there's a party somewhere at the airport, and visitors have to report to a checkin desk or something like that. At least that's what I've seen before.
