What's the big deal? I've seen it happen before. It's inconvenient for the passenger, but that's all.

The oil is needed in other places of the aircraft ?

Well, in this case apperently lubricant leaked through the ventilation system into the cabin.
So, safety first.

Don't know of it especially returned to AMS, but PH KZH (KLC F70) just unloaded his pax on the runway 27.

Aircraft was towed away.

Anybody more info on why the pax were bused to the terminal?

Hi!

What is wrong with KLM871 (PHBFN)?
Saw it on the way to Delhi above Westbevern, DE and then an hour later again flying back to AMS!

Hmm, this might be the same F50 I saw today who lowered his gear 80 km. before landing... Couldn't see it on the SBS-1 unfortunately.

Vlucht KL897 Beijing 26 feb technisch mankement?

Post by esc »

even over de fokker 50's
