Tamron AF 70-300 / 4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Nikon

Post by Stafsels »

Hi all,

Just made the the transfer from whet to digi last year so preferably ask the ones with more expierence and be dumb for 5 minutes than buy something to regret for a longer period...

Anybody any expierence with the Tamron AF 70-300 / 4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Nikon lens from Tamron?

I I thinking about it to use it on an Nikon D80.

Reaction is much to be appriciated!!!

Greetings,

Henk

Was the first lens I bought with my Nikon F55, used some time on my D50, and now my brother uses it as his main lens, it's almost 5 years old now. Really a great lens if you ask me.

It's a nice lens for a nice price if you don't have much money to spend.
Cheers, Michel

Dont know about the Tamron 70-300mm, but i do have the Sigma 70-300mm APO lens, choose this lens above the tamron 70-300mm. Bit more expensive but quality is better as well.
