Puma inbound right now (over Amstelveen, gear down). Looks like an old-fashioned model, not a Cougar.

Dunno, but crew was still in the cockpit, also after refueling truck had left. One got out and started checking the airframe so assume she won't be there for long....

Negative,
Crew came out for engine check and thereafter applied all Remove Before Flight covers.
So nightstopper?

Code is FX, no serial visible on RH side, not below flag on tail, not on fin below boom.

They carry the serial on the lefthandside just after the cockpit on the large door.

Triple checked my pictures but no serial on this lady, at least on described location, or the entire left side for that matter. All she shows is "FX"......

Indeed, normal French Army Cougars/Pumas wear their serial close to the door, however French Air Force puma wears the serial on the tail, next to the danger (yellow) markings

For an example, found at airliners, please see below:

or

Indeed that's true. I mixed it up.
Air force has it on the tail and army on the door.

Well, this lady is stripped of all stencilling, decals or other markings.

No Adla on the tailboom, no danger signs, nothing whatsoever (for the left side that is, have no pics of the right side..)
